Yes, the cruise must be booked in advance on-line or via phone. For today’s river cruises on the Vltava we recommend that you make the reservation by phone only to guarantee your seats on the boat.
Payment is carried out via PayPal or credit card. You will receive a payment request to the email stated in the cruise booking immediately after making a booking. Once the payment is made, you will automatically receive your ticket for the cruise.
Departure place for the river cruise on the Vltava river is located on the Na Frantisku embankment between Stefanik and Cech bridges. The exact boarding place so called „pier number“ is specified according to the cruise type. You will receive a map showing the pier number together with your ticket right after making the payment.
We advise you to check-in 10-15 minutes prior to departure for the shorter cruises: the One-hour river cruise, the Two-hour river cruise and the Happy hour river cruise. It is necessary to check-in 20-30 minutes prior to departure for the longer river cruises such as the Lunch cruise, the Dinner cruise including the All inclusive dinner cruises.

Closest paid parking can be found at the building of Ministry of Industry and Trade or in the garages of the shopping centres “Paladium” and “Kotva”. It is only a 7-minute walk to our boats’ departure place. It is strictly prohibited to park your car right on the embankment.
